FOR SALE: High-performance palletizer by CHRONOS RICHARDSON, model 14800, year of manufacture 2012.

The power and control cabinet underwent an upgrade in 2021, during which new YASKAWA inverters were installed and the control software was updated. Control system: SIEMENS S7 CPU PLC.

A video of the machine in operation is available upon request for interested parties.

Documentation and equipment:

- Complete set of documents, including electrical diagrams, CE conformity certificate, as well as source files of the control software and a backup of the control program.

Condition and maintenance:

The machine is in continuous operation and will be available for dismantling at the end of November. During this period, inspection and functional test of the machine in operation can be arranged. The unit is serviced regularly and maintained in excellent technical condition.

Specifications – performance:

Capable of handling approximately 1,000–1,200 bags per hour, depending on palletizing pattern, bag size, and the number of bags per layer, etc.

We can also arrange transportation and/or install and reprogram the software via our technician, tailoring the palletizer’s operation to specific customer requirements (services available at extra cost).
