Used CFT Oil Filling Monoblock – Comaco 6000 bph – Overview

This used CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric monoblock for filling and capping edible oils. Built in 2008, it is currently in production. It is a proven solution for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade a used filling line.

We can sell it as-is (as seen and liked) or with modernization and preventive maintenance to prepare the monoblock for production.

Modernization and Preventive Maintenance Measures
To ensure reliability and readiness for production, the following modernization measures can be carried out as needed:

• Assembly of machine components in KBB workshop
• General machine cleaning
• General lubrication (greasing, oil level check and oil change if necessary)
• Inspection of rubber parts (belts and seals) with replacement if required
• Machine startup: checking circuit integrity and correct function in manual/automatic mode
• Verification of availability and integrity of changeover parts

• Pick & Place cap transfer; hardened steel cams for head pistons
• Automatic height adjustment of the electric turret; central lubrication shared with the filler
• Two cap elevators, each with 300 l covered hopper, cleated belts, and low-level control; mobile stainless steel frames on wheels
