CETINGIL KO Shot Blasting Room NEW

A Blast Room is an enclosed space used for cleaning, roughening, or preparing surfaces made of metal, concrete, stone, or wood.
Inside the chamber, abrasive material (e.g., quartz sand, steel shot, aluminum oxide, corundum, or glass beads) is propelled at high speed using compressed air.
This process removes rust, paint, oxides, or contaminants and achieves the desired surface roughness.

Main Components of a Sandblasting Room:
Working Chamber:
Steel structure with walls lined with wear-resistant materials.
Blasting Equipment (nozzle system):
Mixes compressed air with abrasive material and directs it onto the surface to be treated.
Dust Extraction System (air filtration):
Removes dust from the air to maintain a clean working environment.
Abrasive Recovery System:

Collects used abrasive, cleans it, and enables its reuse.
Operator Equipment:
The operator wears protective clothing, an air-fed helmet, gloves, and a coverall.
