ASK - 0 Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

This machine is used for polishing of sheet and metal parts after pressing and heat treatment, cleaning and roughening of castings, preparation prior to painting and rubber coating, transferring forged parts onto trolleys, and refurbishment of used parts.

Ø: 800 H: 700 Equipped with 2 turbines, each Ø 325 mm, 6-bladed.

The blasting cabin is manufactured from ST-37 grade steel sheet, with the high-wear zones reinforced using Brinell or manganese wear plates.

The inside of the cabinet is lined with rubber sheets to protect against abrasion during the blasting process; these are mounted to the cabinet with clamping strips. (Fully manganese armored internal lining is available as an option.)

The wear plates are of a bolted (screw-in) design, allowing easy replacement by authorized personnel when necessary due to wear.

The machine cabin doors, offered in both pneumatic and manual versions, are double-winged design for convenient access.

To ensure operator safety, the doors feature an interlock system to prevent them from being opened during the shot blasting cycle.

Additionally, a sensor or switch is integrated into the door mechanism, which halts the blasting operation if the door is open.

The system is fitted with a rail conveyor, suspension gear mechanism, and (optionally) a crane, enabling easy transfer and handling of workpieces within the machine cabin.

A fully automated electrical panel is included, featuring Siemens or Schneider components. Machine operation is controlled via a 10” PLC touchscreen display.
