For continuous cleaning of components
Continuous-throughput cleaning system made of stainless steel, equipped with oil separator for uninterrupted material flow. The items to be cleaned are conveyed continuously, or in cycles if required, through sequential treatment zones. Cleaning is performed as the workpieces pass by fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with approximate dimensions of 400 x 100 mm.
A wire link conveyor transports the parts through the cleaning system, either lying flat or standing upright.

Process steps are performed in consecutive treatment zones:
- Spray cleaning with sequential wet treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivating)
- Drying
