Once the material exits the extruder in molten state, it enters the filter under high pressure. The melt passes through a continuous metallic filter band, where impurities such as paper, aluminum, wood, and other solid contaminants are retained.

When the mesh starts to clog, the system:
- Automatically detects the pressure increase
- Activates the advance of the filter band
- Replaces the dirty section with a clean one
- Expels the contaminated material

All this occurs without stopping production, ensuring continuous flow and stable line pressure.
