RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator for ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, company registration number 36225390, appointed by Civil Judgement no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by Cluj Specialized Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the assets identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. Should the asset not be awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and indicate their intention to participate prior to the scheduled viewing date.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the assets awarded. Conversion into RON will be carried out at the issue date of the tax invoice, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that day.
The bidding increment shall be 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices in the field, will include the regulations for participation, and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. The documentation may be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone and will be sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the judicial liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for the winning bidder and will be refunded to non-winning participants.

In the case of identical final bids, the winning bidder will be the one committed to paying the full price in the shortest time.

The price payment term is 5 working days from the award date. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the awarded bidder loses the advance paid as a guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in future organized auctions.
