Vertical machining centre, ideal for the production of kitchen doors, for pantographing, drilling, cutting and the integration of highly flexible hardware. The vertical processing allows this series of machines to operate with a high level of flexibility, productivity and quality. 1. Motorised comb-type multi-position input transfer

2. Bremen Vektor vertical machining centre
- Automatic infeed via motorised chain and vertical pressure rollers for clamping the workpiece during machining
- Automatic working height adjustment by CNC
- No. 1 horizontal drilling unit for the hole for the stop insertion
- No. 1 drilling head with 7 horizontal spindles in X and 16 vertical spindles in Y
- No. 1 power take-off with automatic revolver-type tool changer with 8 positions
3. Motorised panel handling/return with 180° rotation and sliding on THK guides
- Length: 2500 mm
4. Bremen Vektor vertical machining centre
- Automatic infeed via motorised chain and vertical pressure rollers for clamping the workpiece during machining
- Automatic working height adjustment by CNC
- No. 5 storage tanks and automatic insertion of hinges/buffers/tie rods
6. Motorised transfer for discharge and panel movement from vertical to horizontal orientation for the operator
