All indexable inserts of the milling and scraper units have been renewed or rotated, saws have been sharpened, joint cutters re-sharpened, and buffing discs replaced. The machine is ready for immediate use. Only the diamond cutter on the profile milling unit has not been replaced, but it is still sharp.

Minor paint blemishes have been touched up.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The machine’s condition speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots during operation (mostly at high room temperatures), but this has never caused us an issue—work can continue during the reboot.
