Edge banding machine Brandt KDF 530 c with jointing, corner copying, two scraper blades, and Riepe spray units.

All reversible inserts for the milling and scraper units have been replaced or rotated, saws resharpened, joint cutters resharpened, polishing wheels replaced. The machine is therefore immediately ready for use. Only the diamond cutter of the profile milling unit was not replaced, but is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups have been carried out.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots while the machine is running (mostly at high room temperatures), but this has not been a problem for us; operation can continue during this process.
