For sale is a biofilter system for exhaust air cleaning and odour reduction, model bioteg MCBF 3000 QSW, designed for an exhaust air flow rate of up to 3,000 m³/h. The system was decommissioned due to regulatory requirements, is technically complete, and was specifically engineered for fully automatic continuous operation outdoors.

The unit consists of a double-walled biofilter container (outer shell steel, inner lining PE-HD), a pre-connected exhaust air humidifier (crossflow scrubber), a radial fan with frequency inverter, as well as a separate technical compartment with control cabinet. The filter bed is filled with approximately 30 m³ of durable, longitudinally split root wood, offering high dimensional stability and minimal compaction.

The biofilter system complies with VDI Guideline 3477 and ATV Data Sheet 204, delivering high purification performance (including up to 97% odour reduction, 98% H₂S, 97% NH₃ under design conditions). Maintenance requirements are low (regular visual checks, annual inspection).
