BINDER VDL 53 – Safe Vacuum Dryer for Flammable Solvents

The safe vacuum dryer from BINDER's VDL series ensures maximum safety when drying organic solvents, coming as standard with TÜV/GS certification. The interior of the VDL dryer chamber is designed in accordance with ATEX directives for Zone II 3G.

• Electronically-controlled APT.line™ preheating chamber with 2 expansion shelves, ensuring high temperature accuracy and repeatable results
• Temperature range: from 15°C above ambient up to 200°C
• MP controller with 2 programs of 10 segments each, or can be switched to 1 program with 20 segments
• Integrated weekly timer with real-time clock function
• Digital temperature setting accuracy to 1°C
• Operating hours indicator
• Spring-mounted safety glass viewing window with splash protection
• Precisely adjustable vent valve
• Precisely adjustable inert gas valve with Cross-Flow technology
