The Billhoefer MTS 104 is a high-performance laminating machine designed for professional print finishing. With a working format of 1045 x 1135 mm, it processes both large and small formats and supports substrates from 150 to 450 g/m² and film thicknesses from 24 to 40 microns. Equipped with a flat pile feeder IA 20, a suction feed head, an automatic rotary separator ITM 104, and a jogger table, the MTS 104 ensures smooth operation and consistent results. Its impressive speed of 2,500 to 4,500 sheets per hour makes it ideal for demanding production environments. Currently located in Germany and actively in use at a print shop, this machine combines reliability with versatility for a wide range of laminating applications.
