Each unit includes:
• 2 drilling units with 11 spindles, 32 mm pitch, quick-change system, without
chucks. Each unit is powered by a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) motor.
• Quick manual positioning of the front drilling units (Y1) along screw guide via
handwheel for precise adjustment.
• Pneumatic stroke activation with scale for manual depth setting.

The head is equipped with:
• Quick-change device for drilling units, with 90° rotation.
• Quick positioning of heads along the beam (X axis) through rack guide,
gear wheel and position encoder; 2 roller guides; mechanical locking,
pneumatic unlocking.
• Quick positioning of each drilling unit in the transverse direction (Y axis) via ball
screw and position encoder; 1 roller guide; mechanical locking – pneumatic unlocking.
• Electronic activation via brushless servomotor; drilling parameter control via NC.
