Engine oil change hand pump from 700 kVA
Hand pump for draining the engine oil sump.
Electric engine preheater 1000W up to 700 kVA 1.00 pc.
The preheated coolant circulates by convection in the engine’s primary cooling circuit. Connected with flexible coolant hoses to the inner cooling circuit of the engine, fitted with shut-off valves for isolation during maintenance.
Cooling water circulation pump ensures reliable engine preheating.

Walls and ceiling made of corrugated steel sheet. Derusting and cleaning by sandblasting of the welded structure. The container is coated inside and outside with seawater-resistant primers and paints.

40" HC High Cube Sound-Insulated Container
ISO 1496-1 container for power generator sets, external dimensions according to ISO 668. The wall and roof surfaces are insulated with self-extinguishing, oil- and water-resistant sound absorption material and clad with glass fleece and electro-galvanized, coated perforated sheet metal cassettes.

The exhaust silencer is housed in a separate compartment inside the container. Radiant heat is safely discharged vertically with the cooling airflow from the auxiliary cooler. Air intake openings are integrated into the wall surfaces, exhaust outlet opening in the roof. The exhaust outlet from the silencer is protected against water ingress by an exhaust flap.

One face is fitted with double-leaf doors with a circumferential seal for easy inspection access. Side personnel doors with emergency release and circumferential seal provide access for maintenance. The silencer and exhaust compartment also feature an access door.

System operation is possible from outside. The control and display instruments can be viewed through a window in the closed control panel door. The emergency stop button is securely mounted in a recessed housing niche for protection against damage.

Cable entry is possible laterally or via the container floor. Floor entry is prepared for annular space seals DN 150.
