Double Scissor Lift Table Type TMH 6000 *Custom Design

Beck lift tables bear the CE mark. They are manufactured in accordance with the applicable regulations for lift tables and comply with the Machinery Directive as well as EN 1570.

All steel components are cleaned, primed with anti-corrosion paint, and finished with a two-component polyurethane top coat.

Base frame and platform painted Blue RAL 5015, scissors painted Orange RAL 2003. The surface treatment is robust and highly durable.

With the new power units, the system’s pipe rupture valve configuration has been modified. A new 3/2 valve, combined with a solenoid valve, now ensures safety in accordance with EN 1570. The valves are mounted directly on the cylinder, not on the power unit.

Furthermore, the lowering time is fixed and not adjustable; however, an alternative lowering speed can be provided at no extra charge. An adjustable lowering time is also available for an additional cost.

The tables are designed for a 3 x 400 V / 50 Hz + protective earth electrical connection, with no neutral conductor required. The control box is mounted directly on the motor. Control voltage for all functions is 24 V DC. Both the control box with control board and the operator panel are rated to IP 65, the table as a whole to IP 54.

All motors operate at 1400 rpm, ensuring a long service life and low noise levels for the hydraulic system. All tables comply with applicable noise protection regulations and operate at from 52 dBA.
