Baty SM20 Profile Projector – Compact Powerhouse for Optical Inspection

The Baty SM20 features a vertical light path and a 500 mm screen, making it ideal for the inspection of medium to large workpieces. The device offers a robust construction and a generous measuring range of 250 mm x 125 mm, making it particularly suited for precise inspections on the shop floor.

MX200: This model extends the functions to include geometric measurements, such as calculation of angles, radii, and distances. It also enables the creation of tolerance reports.
FT2: The most advanced version offers a touchscreen interface with Fusion 2D software. This variant includes optical edge detection and comprehensive reporting, including SPC charts and DXF overlays.

Thanks to a selection of magnification lenses (up to 100x) and advanced features such as digital angle adjustment and optional edge detection, the SM20 is ideally suited for numerous applications in quality assurance and process monitoring. Furthermore, users can choose from various display options, ranging from simple measuring functions to extensive reporting with the FT2-E variant.
