Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry at the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed in this role by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public ascending-bid auction for the individual sale of the asset detailed below:

Conventional timber kiln (air/steam ventilation) by Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a net drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – price 41,000 Euro + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.

For asset viewings, the judicial liquidator will host an inspection day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator to express their interest in participating prior to the scheduled date.

If awarded, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the acquired asset(s). Price conversion into RON will be made at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the date the invoice is issued.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone and will then be sent to the participant by e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. Both the guarantee and the application documents must be submitted at the liquidator's office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for the winning bidder and will be refunded to those not declared winners.

In case of equal bids, the winner will be the participant undertaking to pay the full amount in the shortest time frame.

The price payment term is 5 working days from the awarding date. In case the balance is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit their participation guarantee and will be excluded from participating in future auctions.
