1. Total rated power of electric motors: 2 x 45 = 90 kW
2. Machine weight: 12,000 kg
3. Shredding capacity: 3 – 4 tons/hour (aluminium profiles, drums, refrigerators etc.; steel thickness up to 3 mm and scrap)
4. Cutting blades are made from HARDOX 500. Blade thickness: 6 cm, surface-hardened with HRC 60 hardfacing welding. Blades are easy to replace.
5. Loading chamber dimensions: 800 mm x 1200 mm
6. All chamber walls are lined with HARDOX 500.
7. Entire machine body is sandblasted prior to painting.

8. Two primer coats and one topcoat are applied.
9. Rotor movement is powered by electric motor coupled with a gearbox.
10. Rotors operate independently.
11. Feeding the shredder is possible by crane or conveyor belts.
12. In case of material blockage between the rotors, the machine reverses rotor direction to clear the obstruction.
13. Once blockage is cleared, rotors resume normal rotation. If blockage persists, the machine stops automatically with an audible alarm.
14. Hydraulic oil cooling system is implemented.
15. Rotors are independently driven and operate at 18–20 rpm.
16. Hydraulic system components are supplied by PARKER or EATON-VICKERS & KAWASAKI.
17. All electrical components are SCHNEIDER and SIEMENS branded.
18. The machine is fully automatic with SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC control.
19. Certified according to ISO 9001 by URS and CE by SGS.
20. The machine is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty by AYMAS MAKINA San. Ve Tic. Sti. against manufacturing defects for one (1) year or (2,500) operating hours.
