AK 400 Cap Applicator for KEG Barrels

The cap applicator can be used to apply snap caps for both triangle fittings or KeyKeg, as well as snap caps for flat fittings, onto barrels with different diameters. The caps are first conveyed from the storage hopper into the sorting drum. Using compressed air, the caps are correctly oriented and fed into the feed rail, which features electronic quantity monitoring. The barrel is centered for cap placement using a parallel gripper. The cap is automatically transferred to the application head, positioned on the fitting, and applied.
