Stanje: generalkompletno obnovljen (rabljeno), obratovalne ure: 22.000 h, Na našem skladišču v Wellingboroughu, Northamptonshire, imamo popolnoma obnovljen stroj za brizganje plastike Arburg 420C 1000 – 250 VU z navpičnim zapiranjem in brizganjem. Stroj je idealen za vstavljanje vložkov (insert moulding), saj ima operater možnost enostavnega in ergonomičnega vstavljanja vložkov. Navpični vpenjalni del poskrbi, da vložki ostanejo na svojem mestu. Stroj je opremljen z plastificirno enoto premera 30 mm, ki omogoča največjo težo brizga 89 g (PS). Kot je pri nas standard, je bil stroj temeljito obnovljen in je zdaj popolnoma brez napak in puščanj. Z nizko skupno delovno dobo le 23.000 ur je stroj v odličnem stanju. Plastificirna enota drži maksimalni tlak po celotnem območju, črpalka je tiha, plošče so v odličnem stanju, poskrbeli pa smo tudi za vrhunski videz stroja. Stroj je na voljo za popolno predstavitev kadarkoli po dogovoru. Obnovljeni stroji gredo skozi obsežen preizkus, kjer se preveri delovanje vseh funkcij, po potrebi pa se izvajajo tudi popravila. Pred končno potrditvijo opravimo vsaj 5000 ciklov brez napak, kar zagotavlja nemoteno delovanje po dostavi. Stroji so izjemno čisti in njihov videz je po naših najboljših močeh.
