Position-controlled screw with control valve at the injection unit for particularly high dynamics and reproducibility of the injection process. The back pressure is regulated, and the nozzle contact force is manually adjustable.

- VE 557/00 AES
Energy-saving system for automatic power optimization, enabling corresponding energy savings by continuously adjusting the pump drive speed to the power requirements of each injection cycle.

- VE 460/00 ED
Electromechanical dosing drive via a speed-controlled three-phase asynchronous motor. This improves productivity through simultaneous movements, gentler material preparation, and further energy savings compared to hydraulic dosing.

On request and at an additional charge, loading and transport (Europe-wide) can be organized.
