Compact vertical packaging system for flat sachets with back seam, including dosing unit for granules. The dosing unit can be customized according to customer requirements, e.g. counting device for dosing tablets/tabs/capsules. Suitable for laminated BOPP/PE films. PLC and 7" touchscreen, stainless steel construction (SS304 – optional SS316). Self-diagnosis functions, PID temperature controller, electronic components from SCHNEIDER or OMRON, fast and smooth film transport thanks to motor-driven feed control, pneumatic components from AIRTAC. - Specifications: max. idle machine cycle rate: 70 cycles/minute; bag sizes: L(10-180)xW(40-140)mm; max film width: 300mm; suitable film thickness: 40–90μm; 3.2kW, 220V; machine dimensions: L1500xW920xH1800mm; weight: 300kg.
