AMTEC VFFS-MWM H10-P65XS

VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products and equipped with a 10-head multihead weigher for bulk goods and granules. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tooling required), OR for pyramid-shaped pouches (special sealing unit required). The vertical form-fill-seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen control; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic end seal unit; servo-driven film pulling; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, best-before date (BBD).

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weighing heads: 10; weighing range (single discharge): 1~60g; volume per weighing head: 0.3L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge gate: single flap; surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled surface); product-contact parts: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 for extra charge).

- Gravity metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; pipe diameter: according to forming shoulder.

- VFFS machine specifications: max. idle cycle rate: 65 cycles/min; bag size: L(40-250)xW(50-170)mm (double film draw-off for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 120-360mm; product-contact parts: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 for extra charge); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4-0.8 MPa.
