AMTEC TRS A12-M

Automatic tray sealer including a module for creating a protective atmosphere. Optionally, a protective gas mixture and/or vacuum can be generated inside the trays before sealing with film. For an additional charge, a skin vacuum module can be integrated into the packaging machine. The AMTEC tray sealer is therefore particularly suitable for products from the food industry, as displacement of oxygen helps keep food fresher for longer and extends shelf life. Ribbon printer for best-before date or batch number is included in the price. PLC from OMRON, touchscreen from WEINVIEW, servo motors from Panasonic, pneumatic valves and cylinders from AIRTAC. - Specifications: 2-lane version; Seal chamber size: L450xW(200-400)mm, processing of multi-trays possible within this range (for an extra charge); max. machine cycle rate idle: 12 cycles/min (sealing only) or 5 cycles/min (vacuum/protective gas generation and sealing); gas mixture: N2 or N2+CO2; protective gas supply pump capacity: 63m³/h; machine dimensions: L2950xW1040xH1700mm.
