Rotary filler for filling liquids, pastes, powders, or bulk materials into pre-formed cups and subsequently sealing the cups with film. Integration of a capping module for closing the cups with a hard plastic/hard shell lid is possible (at an additional cost). The filling and sealing machine from the AMTEC CUP-FILLINGsystem series can handle various cup types, shapes, and sizes, and is flexible regarding the type of product to be filled. The product simply needs to have flow properties, such as yogurt, dessert cream, sour cream, crème fraîche, sauces for finger food, smoothies, solid and dry foods such as rice, nuts, muesli mixes, cereals, instant noodles, or even fresh foods like sauerkraut, etc. Automatic operation starts with cup feeding, filling, sealing of the cup opening with film (optional capping with a lid), and collecting the cups/containers. The dosing unit is selected as required (e.g., volumetric pump with external tank, auger doser, etc.) and is included in the offer.
