Horizontally operating intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a top screw cap. Especially suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production step. By default, one dosing unit is included, with a corresponding single hopper fitted. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-310)xW(60-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate without product: 50 cycles/minute; 1.8kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990x(W)970x(H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional attachments shown in the machine image (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras for this model and for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will be happy to check and confirm compatibility with your materials based on samples.
