Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with a side spout (corner spout) or top spout. The rotary machine is equipped with two filling heads for liquid dosing and two heads each for positioning and closing the spout caps. Further features include: infeed elevator for spout caps, external CIP module for cleaning, air purging system for internal cleaning. Electronic components from Schneider and Omron, PLC and touchscreen from SIEMENS, pneumatic components from AIRTAC.
