Filling and capping machine for dispensing liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary filling machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids such as water, juices, sauces (e.g., soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce), or liquids with higher viscosity such as grill/BBQ sauces, honey, as well as viscous products like peanut butter, fruit jams, hazelnut spread, etc. The machine is equipped with six filling heads for liquid dispensing and six heads each for positioning and sealing the spout caps. The production process is fully automated from pouch feeding, filling, spout cleaning, cap delivery via elevator, capping, to discharge of finished products. Exact fill volume is ensured by constant monitoring of the liquid level. PLC control system, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.). CIP system and UV sterilization lamp included. Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with corner or top spouts.
