Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine, designed for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closures. Particularly suitable for extra-large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. As standard, 1 dosing unit and accordingly 1 filling hopper are installed. The machine can be optionally equipped with a second dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either two different materials to be processed or splitting the filling operation, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, in the case of viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch dimensions (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling volume: 2000ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/min; 5.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3600x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 1700kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of laminated films. Compatibility can be checked and confirmed by us based on your packaging samples.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
