Horizontally-operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for processing and filling pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks without zip closure. Especially suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, 1 dosing unit is provided with an appropriate product hopper. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and second hopper – allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the fill process between two steps, speeding up production (relevant for viscous products, for example). All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or add-on modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor) shown in the photos are optional equipment and for illustration only.
