Horizontally operating, intermittently and mechanically driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger dosers, weighers, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two bags are processed per production cycle, resulting in a higher output per minute. By default, two dosing units are provided and required; accordingly, two filling hoppers are installed. The machine can optionally be equipped with two additional dosing units and hoppers, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling process to be split, which can increase production speed (relevant for viscous products, for example). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. machine idle cycle rate: 55 cycles/minute (equals max. 110 bags/minute); 4.5kW; 30m³/h; machine dimensions (L)5100x(W)980x(H)1400mm; weight: 2000kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or further add-on modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are additional options for this position and solely for presentation purposes. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on samples.

The machine/plant is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and speeds.
