Packaging machine with vacuum module for pre-made Doypack pouches, block bottom pouches, flat bottom pouches, and other stand-up pouch types. Compact design with horizontal production flow. Batch/date printer as well as modules for specific pouch features such as zip/press closure, screw cap (spout), and gusset form are optionally available at extra cost. Pouch detectors verify proper placement and complete opening of, for example, the Doypack pouch. Immediately upon detecting the pouch, the product is dispensed into the pouch via the filling nozzle. The sealing area is kept clean throughout the process. The vacuum process is performed directly prior to sealing by means of a lance inserted into the pouch. The PLC-controlled machine is operated via touch monitor. — Specifications: stainless steel housing (SS304); max. machine cycle rate (idle): 15 cycles/minute; pouch width: 100–300 mm; pouch length: 100–350 mm; required compressed air: 5.5 bar, 0.2 m³/min; power: 220V, single phase, 20 amps.
