Horizontal packaging machine, MINI VERSION, for pre-made doypacks, block-bottom bags, or flat pouches. Modules for specific pouch requirements such as zip/press closure, twist closure (spout), and gusset formation can be integrated; optional: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Pouch detectors check for correct placement and complete opening of the doypack pouch. Immediately after pouch detection, the product is dispensed via the filling spout into the pouch. The sealing area is kept clean throughout the process. A special gripping system securely holds the stand-up pouch in position during filling, before the doypack is closed and sealed. Equipped with MITSUBISHI PLC, SMC vacuum filter, OMRON PID temperature control, AIRTAC cylinders. – Specifications: Stainless steel housing (SS304); max. machine cycle rate (idle): 10 cycles/min; pouch width: 250–450mm; pouch length: 250–500mm; required compressed air: 6.5 bar, 0.2 m³/min; power supply: 220V, single phase; machine dimensions: L1150×W950×H1570mm.
