AMTEC HPFS CS50-XL FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. The machine is equipped as standard with one dosing unit and one fill hopper. An additional dosing unit and second fill hopper can be installed, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other optional add-on modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine picture are additional accessories to this position and serve demonstration purposes only.

The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on sample materials.
