Horizontally operating, intermittently and gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for large pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production step. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and, accordingly, one feed hopper. There is an option to fit the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(180-310)xW(110-210)mm; max. fill capacity: 1600ml; max. machine cycle rate (no load): 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3800x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 1300kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachment modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar), visible in the machine photo, are optional extras for this listing and shown for demonstration purposes only.
