Horizontally operating, intermittent motion, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging hole and zip closure. Adjustable for three-side or four-side seal. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control.
