Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes and with a top screw cap. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-225)xW(50-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 400ml; max. machine cycle (idle): 70 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4500x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1800kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are displayed for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample material.
