Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging holes, without zip closure. Especially suited for small sachets. 3-side or 4-side sealing selectable. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304).
