Horizontally operating, intermittently working, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with euro slot, without zip lock. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suitable for large pouches. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit and one filling hopper are included. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which increases the maximum idle cycle output (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(120–320) x W(100–240)mm; max. filling capacity: 1,000 ml; max. idle cycle speed: 60 cycles/minute; 5.5 kW; 18 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4,600 x (W)1,120 x (H)1,500 mm; weight: 2,000 kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachments (such as discharge conveyor, etc.) shown in the machine photo are optional and for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of compound films. Compatibility with your specific materials can be checked and confirmed based on a sample upon request.

The machine/system is also available in further variants for different pouch sizes and packaging speeds.
