Horizontal form-fill-seal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Especially suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit and one feed hopper are included. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second feed hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thus increasing the production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.–max.): H(120–320)xW(100–240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle speed in idle: 50 cycles/minute; 10kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)6900x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 2600kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar), as shown in the machine photo, are optional and for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films; films must have registration marks. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on sample material.

The machine/line is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
