Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with either regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole and without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suitable for small pouches. Integration of different filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid-, paste-, and other dosing units). Four pouches are processed per production step, resulting in a higher output per minute. The production process requires 4 dosing units. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in several languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(70-180)xW(50-90)mm; max. fill capacity: 100ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 78 cycles/min (corresponds to max. 310 pouches/min); 14kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7050x(W)970x(H)1360mm; weight 3000kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304).
