AMTEC HFFS N150-XS FP

Horizontal intermittently operating, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat bags with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging holes and without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side seal. Especially suitable for small bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (screw doser, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two bags are processed per production step, resulting in a higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional add-on modules (e.g. take-away conveyors or similar), as shown in the machine photos, are optional extras and shown for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm material compatibility based on sample testing.

The machine/system is also available in additional configurations for various packaging sizes and speeds.
