Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with euro hole, without zip lock. Three- or four-side sealing selectable. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two pouches are processed per production cycle, enabling a higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; max. machine cycle rate in idle mode: 75 cycles/min (corresponds to max. 150 pouches/min); 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras and are only shown for illustration. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to assess and confirm film compatibility based on samples.
