Horizontal form-fill-seal machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Especially suitable for small stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two pouches are processed per production step, increasing the output rate per minute. By default, two dosing units are provided and necessary, with two hopper inlets installed accordingly. The machine can be equipped with two additional dosing units and hoppers, allowing either the processing of two different materials or a split filling operation, further increasing production speed (relevant for viscous products, for example). Key components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-250)xW(90-140)mm; max. filling capacity: 600ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 110 cycles/minute; 13.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)8800x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 3000kg. All parts contacting the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional optional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, which must have print marks. We are pleased to check and confirm compatibility based on supplied samples.
