Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular and irregular shapes and a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit is included, with one filling hopper installed accordingly. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling process to be split, thereby increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.); L(180-320)xW(110-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle speed without product: 50 cycles/minute; 11kW; 21m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7900x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 3000kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing units and/or further additional attachments (e.g. discharge conveyor, etc.) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this model and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of laminated films, provided the films have registration marks. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on samples.

The machine/plant is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and speeds.
