Horizontally operating, intermittent, cam-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of sachet chains (flat pouches) in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole and without zip lock. Three-side or four-side sealing selectable. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch size (min.–max.): L(50–130)xW(50–110)mm; max. filling capacity: 60ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 70 cycles/min; 2kW; machine dimensions: (L)2060x(W)750x(H)1400mm; weight: 520kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachments (e.g. conveyor belt or similar), shown in the machine photo, are optional extras for this model and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm corresponding compatibility on the basis of your sample material.
