Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in longitudinal seam pillow bags. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packing single or multiple, dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A specialized infeed system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and aligning the products in a row with the pusher chains (flow wrapper infeed table) is handled by six side conveyors driven by servo motors. This eliminates the need for manual placement of individual products, delivering a significant production advantage and contributing notably to the cost-effectiveness of the flow wrapper. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine features rotary knives and diameters that are perfectly matched to the bag length, optimizing the resulting packaging speed.
