Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of small products in fin-seal (flow pack) bags with longitudinal seals. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packing individual or multiple, dry, uniform or irregularly shaped products. A dedicated feeding system is positioned upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and in-line feeding of products to the infeed conveyors (flow wrapper infeed table) is handled by six servo-driven side belts. This eliminates the need for manual placement of individual products, providing a significant production advantage and greatly improving the flow wrapper’s cost-effectiveness. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine features rotating knives, with diameters perfectly matched to the bag length, resulting in optimised speed and performance.
