Fully automatic powder filling system with triple auger filling unit and straight can transport. Functions: automatic container feed – precise positioning – container lifting – vibration – filling – weight feedback – sorting – container discharge. PLC control, precision servo system, dosing technology: auger screw with load cell feedback, removable glass cover. Includes Wi-Fi functionality, remote control, and data download system. Easy to clean, conveyor platform and recycling hopper are movable. SIEMENS PLC, SCHNEIDER servo motor and inverter, pneumatic components from AIRTAC, weighing sensor from HBM (Germany). 2 packaging modes: high speed or high accuracy.
