Opis

Compact, high-efficiency combined heat and power (CHP) unit equipped with a state-of-the-art SCANIA 6-cylinder, lean-burn turbocharged, 4-stroke gas Otto engine. Unit, gas pressure regulating section, air-fuel and engine water cooling circuits mounted on a base frame for power and heat generation. Fitted with a premium synchronous generator (3P, 400V, 50Hz) for grid-parallel operation and optimized heat extraction via plate heat exchanger for heating water/process heat with a flow temperature level of 90°C / return 75°C. Includes a catalytic converter (SCR system optional) for low-emission operation compliant with MCP Directive (EU) and 44th BImSchV (Germany).

The CHP comes with a control cabinet featuring a display for visualization of all relevant operating parameters, including a DSL modem for remote maintenance and external monitoring. It is also equipped with an interface for balancing energy to connect to the E2M energy pilot. A grid starter for optimal starting speed, as well as a gas detector, smoke detector, emergency stop switch, and alarm beacon/siren are included in the scope of delivery.

All pipelines are made of stainless steel (V2A), insulated where necessary.

The CHP complies with the medium voltage directive VDE-AR-N 4110:2018-11.

An automatic gas shut-off valve for installation outside the CHP room, as well as all operating fluids, are not included in the delivery scope.

The CHP unit is also available in a containerized version, if required.
